Other than that, it's impossible to troubleshoot w/o working with the box in person. Try a fresh install of Windows. Install FS9 (and only FS9, along with your DVD emulator and/or other necessary support apps) on that OS installation and try it again. If it still craps out, U know it's your drivers and/or hardware setup.
