About JetBrains License Server. DotTrace 5.5. License Server issues and revokes license tickets to/from network clients based on the license keys that. Since jetbrains.tech is gonna go down soon I've decided to host my own license server. Here it is, for anyone interested.

No Remote Desktop License Server Is Available

We are using the license server for managing our Resharper licenses. However, we are no longer able to log in with the administrator account. And the password reset functionality isn't finding the adminstrator.

The license server is still up and running properly, we just can't login anymore to manage the licenses. Is there a process for resetting the administrator account without logging in?

Now that we bought licenses for dotTrace performance profiler we cannot add them since administrator's password doesn't work. Is there a way of mounting the database and maybe looking up the administrator account credentials, or may be setup another instance and then somehow import licenses that are already in the old server? Hello Iskander, The only way to restore the password is to use 'Forgot password' link and administrators e-mail. In case this doesn't help, you can set up a new instance of license server and insert licenses from the corresponding license e-mails.
