Eric Broser Power/rep Range/shock Workout Pdf
I used the program for a couple months about a year ago and saw good results with it, although at that point I was still pretty new to lifting (and still am) so just about anything would give me results. I had basically two reasons for stopping; First, I found it gave me little to aim for in terms of strength gains. The power week was really the only time I could test myself in putting up more weight. The other two weeks limit the amount of weight you can use through the use of higher 'rep range' and pre-exhaust. Bumba Sinkronizirano Na Hrvatski. That may sound stupid, but for the latter two weeks of the cycle I really didn't have anything to shoot for so I couldn't get into the workouts completely. Second, I simply found keeping track of everything that was going on too exhausting. I had to use different exercises every week, with different weights, and a different number of reps and it just all seemed over complicated to me.
I realize those differences are what defines the program but I just felt I spent too much energy working everything out in my head rather then using that energy to actually work out (make sense?). Play Mame32 Games. That said, I did see good results with it, and Eric Broser has added to the original concept I used a year ago with some new, more advanced, techniques you can use. I've read over this article several times and part of me wants to give it another shot: aaefx.com/dev/pages/zone/prrs/training_main.shtml.
